Bargnani was driving to the right baseline with 9:57 left in the third quarter when he collided with Miami forward Alexander Johnson in mid-air, slamming his head on the floor. He remained laying down for several minutes before walking to the Raptors' bench with assistance from medical personnel. He returned to make two free throws and then met with Miami team neurologis Dr. Allan Herskowitz for examination.

Miami forward Udonis Haslem will be absent from Wednesday night’s game against the Toronto Raptors because of a family emergency, according to the Associated Press. Haslem, who is averaging 11.9 points and 9.1 rebounds, is expected to rejoin the team in time for Friday’s home game with the Golden State Warriors. Haslem’s absence left Miami with nine available players against the Raptors.
