Predators suspend Radulov indefinitely Nashville, TN (Sports Network) - The Nashville Predators announced on Tuesday
that forward Alexander Radulov has been suspended indefinitely without pay.
In the off-season, Radulov was one of the players caught up in a spat between
the NHL and a top-level Russian league over the signing of players who are
already under contract with an NHL club.
Radulov has one year remaining on his Nashville contract, but signed a three-
year deal with Salavat of the Continental Hockey League. The Predators gave

Martin Gelinas is not likely to re-sign with the Predators, according to the Tennessean. GM David Poile said, "I wish we had a position for him because he's good as a fourth-line guy, with penalty-killing and leadership. But right now we have those guys. You never say never, but it's a long shot."
An International Ice Hockey Federation ruling on whether forward Alexander Radulov must play for the Predators or Salavat Yulaev Ufa of Russia should be made in about two weeks, according to The Tennessean.
