March 31, 2008 David Krejci was named the NHL's third star for the week ending March 30th, this according to NHL.com. On the week Krejci was tied for the weekly lead with eight points (three goals and five assists). Krejci has scored at least two points in three of his last four games so despite a total of just 26 points in 53 games he would appear to be an excellent pickup for the last week of the regular season.
March 30, 2008 David Krejci scored Boston's lone goal in their 2-1 OT loss to Buffalo on Sunday. The goal was unassisted. He has now scored eight points over his last four games.
March 29, 2008 David Krejci , a young up-and-coming center, played a huge role in the BruinsÂ’ 4-0 shutout victory over the Ottawa Senators today, posting one goal (his 4th of the season) and two assists (brings him to 20 overall). Krejci is just getting started on what seems to be promising NHL career and thus has not been much of a factor for fantasy owners this season, but in his last three games, he touts two goals and five assists. He may be coming out of his shell at just the right time, with the playoffs looming and Boston fighting to stay in that picture.
