Weve been happy with Jeff all year, coach John Stevens said . Maybe at times he didnt score as consistently as perceived he should, but hes a very responsible defensive player. After a down sophomore season (14-23-37), Carter has responded extremely well with 29 goals and 50 points through 80 games this season.
