The club is seeking to prevent the rookie from continuing to play in the NHL. A Russian arbitration board ruled last month in favor of the Moscow Dynamo. On Friday, Dynamo filed a lawsuit in U.S. District Court to enforce the decision. His former team apparently just wants monetary compensation, so this doesn't appear to be anything to worry about at this point. |
