It's good to be back and I'm ready to play. My mind is totally clear." |

The award honors the NHL player who best exemplifies the qualities of perseverance, sportsmanship, and dedication. Blake was diagnosed in October with chronic myelogenous leukemia but still played in all 82 games. |
