September 15, 2008 Coach Tony Dungy was shocked when Adam Vinatieri missed a short field goal attempt Sunday against Minensota but was confident he was going to make the game-winner, according to the Indianapolis Star. Dungy said, "There was no doubt in anybody's mind on our sideline that he was going to make the game-winner. If it had been 55 yards, he would have made that."
January 13, 2007 Adam Vinatieri drilled five field goals in Saturday's upset of the Ravens. Vinatieri was good from 23, 42, 51, 48 and 35 yards in the game.

"It just depends on how I feel (today) when I wake up. But I feel awesome. I'm 99 percent sure I'll kick (Sunday)." Vinatieri is recovering from a groin injury.
