The team has done some of its practicing there this week - as opposed to an off-site location - so the Patriots can get used to the new surface. A host of kickers have struggled trying to kick in the less-than-optimum conditions at Gillette Stadium this year, though Gostkowski is 4-for-5 on his home field goals this season.
