Jay Feely may or may not kick for the Jets in Week 13 as the decision on who will do the kicking between he and Mike Nugent (thigh) still hasn't been made, according to Newsday. "I make that decision at the end of the week," HC Eric Mangini said.

While no one promised him the job, we were under the impression he would be given a better opportunity to win it. ... It makes no sense to make a decision about Jay without letting him kick in the preseason game. "The decision was based purely on numbers and performance, and (Dan) Carpenter has outperformed him right now," said coach Tony Sparano. "That's the bottom line.
