Matt Stover has now made 34 field goals in a row, dating back to Oct. 31 of last year, the Baltimore Sun reports. The NFL record is 42, set by Mike Vanderjagt when he was still a member of the Colts.

Matt Stover was one of 10 Ravens upgraded from questionable to probable Friday, according to the team's official site. Stover has a sore back but he's expected to play against the Raiders

Matt Stover re-signed with the Ravens today by agreeing on a five-year contract with the team, according to the Baltimore Sun. "We are thrilled to have Matt back," coach Brian Billick said in a statement. "His leadership, his consistency and his professionalism is something that we have come to rely on, and it is great to know that he is going to end his career with the Ravens."
