Songaila served the suspension Friday when the Wizards lost at home to
Cleveland in Game 6 of their first round Eastern Conference series. The
Wizards were eliminated from postseason play.
The incident occurred in the first quarter of Washington's 88-87 Game 5
victory in Cleveland.
Songaila was averaging 5.8 points and 2.6 rebounds off the bench in this first

The Wizards expect free agent guard Roger Mason Jr to sign elsewhere when he becomes an unrestricted free agent this summer, the Washington Post reports.
President Ernie Grunfeld confirmed on Thursday that Etan Thomas will be at full speed by the start of next training camp, the Washington Post reports. The big man missed the entire 2007-08 season after undergoing open-heart surgery to repair a cardiac irregularity.
Free agents Antawn Jamison and Gilbert Arenas are both wanted back with the Wizards, according to FoxSports. "Our intent all along has been to have both of those players back and to keep our core together. And at the appropriate time, we'll sit down with both of those parties and see what we can work out," president Ernie Grunfeld said.
