(Sports Network) - The Denver Nuggets have found their game at the right
time. They are playing winning basketball and appear to be headed into the
playoffs with plenty of confidence.
All-Stars Carmelo Anthony and Allen Iverson, who was acquired in a blockbuster
trade from the Philadelphia 76ers on December 19th, are jelling the way the
Nuggets had hoped they would when they added the Georgetown product to their
roster.

Stephon Marbury is excited about the hiring of new head coach Mike D'Antoni. "It's new life. Having a guy who's an upbeat coach, an upbeat style, [it'll] make us play different," Marbury tells the ESPN.com. "I changed my whole workout regimen to get ready for him. I've been doing what Karl Malone did, running up the mountains. I think from watching how the Suns play and the way he allowed Steve Nash to orchestrate certain situations, I could see myself fitting into that."
Isiah Thomas has a new job with the Knicks, we're just not sure what it is. The former coach and general manager doesn't have a title, isn't working full time, may not have an office, and won't work with the players, the New York Post reports. Thomas may only be holding this "job" until he finds another gig.
