He didn't return to the game and X-rays were negative, according to the New York Daily News. Carter was wearing a protective boot and was on crutches after the contest. Although he said he didn't think it was a high-ankle sprain, we should know more about his status after he's examined further on Sunday. Considering his high-flying ways, a bum ankle could limit Carter for a while. If it's a high-ankle sprain, he could miss weeks. In that case, Antione Wright, who has played well early this season, would be worth a look in fantasy terms. |
