| July 12, 2008 Herbert Hill has been arrested on Thursday for a DUI, according to the Philadelphia Daily News. Hill was stopped around 4:30 a.m. by police officer Bryan Tierney, who caught him making an unsafe lane change. His blood-alcohol content was measured at 0.16, which is twice the legal limit. |
