| November 29, 2006 The Boston Globe reports that Celtics coach Doc Rivers appears to have settled on Delonte West as the primary backup to starting point guard Sebastien Telfair. That means that Rajon Rondo will have trouble maintaining court time. Even though Rondo had a strong preseason, it's not a surprise that the rookie isn't going to see significant playing time. Rivers added that "Rajon is still going to have his day. I believe that." |
