August 29, 2008 Travis Diener is still feeling pain and discomfort in his left big toe, according to NBA.com. The pain is the result of surgery to remove bone spurs back in May. He said, "My foot's getting closer and closer to 100 percent. It's actually taken a little longer than I would've liked for it to get back to where I want it. There's still some pain and soreness in there but in the next month or so it should be ready to go. So I'm getting ready for camp, getting in the gym, getting shots up, lifting, things of that sort."
February 28, 2008 Travis Diener scored a career best 22 points on Wednesday night, in part because of a perfect 10-for-10 night from the charity stripe. Diener also dished out nine assists on the night in just about his finest work of the season as Jamal Tinsley continues to remain on the sidelines because of a sore left knee that has kept him out of 12 of the last 15 games.
February 22, 2008 Travis Diener tied his career-high by scoring 19 points on Friday night adding eight rebounds and six assists while playing more than 43 minutes. Diener came into the game shooting 35.7% from the field so his 7-for-10 effort was a bit surprising as he also made 2 of 3 from long range.
