The Indianapolis Star reports that there's at least a chance that Danny Granger could be replaced in the starting lineup at some point by Jeff Foster. The thinking is that would give the Pacers one player in the starting lineup who thinks defense before offense, but for now, coach Rick Carlisle is sticking with Granger as the starter. "Granger needs to be a guy thinking defense first and to get his offense off defense and offensive movement," Carlisle said. ". . . I'm well aware of the things Foster can do out there. I'm well aware of his value as a starter." Granger hasn't done much early on in fantasy terms, which isn't too surprising considering all the other weapons the Pacers have on offense. | October 27, 2006
