Bobcats coach Larry Brown told the Observer Sunday he might shut down power forward Sean May for one or more games, to address a case of tendonitis in May's right knee. That's the same knee that required micro-fracture surgery to repair a deep bone bruise last October. May says he's had tendonitis for about two weeks, and while there's no swelling in the joint he's getting daily ice and electric stimulation treatments to keep the condition from worsening.

Sean May played for the first time in 15 months for the Bobcats on Wednesday against the Magic according to the AP. He didn't wear a knee brace or protective sleeve. "It's my timing that's a smidgen off," said May.
