| September 4, 2007 Following his August 2 arrest for soliciting a prostitute, Wizards forward Andray Blatche must complete a day-long seminar offered by prosecutors for men who solicit prostitutes, the Washington Post reported. The sexual solicitation charge will be dismissed if he successfully completes the class on November 3. |
| August 18, 2007 The Wiz inked Andray Blatche to a multi-year contract on Friday. Terms of the deal were not available, according to the Washington Post. Blatche was arrested earlier this month for soliciting sex from an undercover police officer, but that didn't stop the Wizards from keeping him with the team. Blatche showed some promise last year when injuries to other players opened up playing time. Unless that happens again, he shouldn't factor into the fantasy game this coming season. |
