He said, "Did I get everyone in Houston worried with the limp? The bone in the foot is fine. I just had some blisters."
August 20, 2008 Yao Ming's Team China has been eliminated from the Olympics Wednesday with a 94-68 loss to Lithuania, according to the Houston Chronicle. Yao shot 4-for-8 from the field, and scored 19 points with seven rebounds. Yao said, "I think we have taken a journey on Olympic history. I am glad at the situation, but am regrettable about the results."
August 18, 2008 Yao Ming scored a team-high 16 points with five rebounds (over 18 minutes) for Team China, but was not enough to overtake Greece, who comfortably won 91-77.
