Nuggets center Steven Hunter underwent successful arthroscopic surgery on his right knee on Friday morning, the teams website reported. Hunter is expected to miss six weeks. | February 21, 2007
Steven Hunter, who is recovering from a finger injury, will start tonight against the Knicks, according to the Philadelpha Inquirer. He'll play with the last two fingers on his left hand taped together. "It's an adjustment," he said after yesterday's practice. "It's pretty much a challenge trying to catch the ball, but I just have to get used to it. He was initially expected to be out indefinitely and possibly need surgery on his dislocated finger.
