"There's a lot of hard work ahead of him to accomplish what he needs to accomplish," his agent, Jaime Torres said. Since Viciedo is living in the US, he's subject to draft rules. However, Torres thinks he should be a free agent. "He was processed at the end of May," Torres said. "To me, he was not drafted and should be an undrafted free agent. We'll see if the union agrees with me."
