Gonzalez, coming back from TJ surgery, threw 15 pitches at 50 percent velocity and 30 at around 75 percent on Thursday, and he reports that he has yet to suffer any setbacks in his rehabilitation. He hopes to return by early June. Gonzalez will be a welcomed addition to the Braves pen, though the team hopes that by the time he returns Rafael Soriano will have the team's closers spot locked down leaving Gonzalez the 8th inning role once healthy.
