Morgan Ensberg started his third straight game at third base for the Astros on Sunday, and he was 4-for-5 at the plate. Ensberg returned to the lineup while Michael Lamb moved to second base to cover for the suspended Jeff Kent, but Kent was back on Sunday and Lamb was on the bench.

"I was hurt, and the guy (Lamb) caught fire," Ensberg said. "So I think he should be playing. I think he should be playing, but I think I also should be playing."

Morgan Ensberg remained in Houston while his teammates played in Pittsburgh on Thursday to receive a cortisone injection in his ailing lower back, according to the Houston Chronicle. Ensberg hasn't been able to start since suffering the injury on August 27. He's expected to rejoin the Astros on Saturday.
