October 3, 2008 Torii Hunter injured his knee while arguing a call in Friday night's Game 2 of the ALDS against Boston. After being called out in a bang-bang play at first base, Hunter jumped in the air and landed awkardly on his left knee. He immediately fell to the ground, grabbed the inside of his knee and grimmaced in pain. Despite a pronounced limp, he has remained in the game. The Angels staff are currently calling it a jammed knee.
