Suppan, who allowed eight base runners while striking out only two batters, figures to be a back of the rotation filler in mixed leagues as he should provide double digit wins, though his ratios and strikeout totals could well be below below the league average for a starting pitcher.

Suppan is having a rough spring with a 11.37 ERA over 12.2 innings, so hopefully he can turn it around before the regular season starts.
